I can't draw without a good reference and I can't design clothes or props for your characters.

If a character's color palette is too dark or saturated for me, I will do some adjustments to it to fit my style. Please keep that in mind.

Please, note that English is not my first language, so try to spell everything well and avoid using too many abbreviations or slang so I can understand you easily.

Not first come, first serve. I will reply to everyone letting you know if I accepted your commission or not.

Depending on the commission, I may offer you to join my waitlist if the spots are full. You don't have to pay anything for that. Read more about it on Terms of Service.

You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

My commissions are for your personal use only, unless you have purchased with Commercial Use Rights.

A tiny signature will always remain on the artwork.

All my prices are base prices. Which means it can increase depending on how many details your character has.

You will receive the full-size artwork along with a watermarked smaller version of it. If you want to upload the artwork somewhere, I recommend uploading the watermarked version.

Be sure to download and save the commissioned artwork somewhere safe. I do not take responsibility if you lose the files and you cannot request a refund for that.

I'm allowed to decline any orders if I feel uncomfortable or insecure about it.

As an artist, I'm always trying new things in order to improve my art. So there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the artwork you will receive. Please keep that in mind.

Use and upload the commissioned artwork anywhere, giving proper credit to the client as the owner of the character(s) present in such artwork.

Offer the digital files of the commissioned artwork on Patreon, Gumroad and similar sites for teaching purposes.

Upload and use the commissioned artwork on your social medias, as long as you credit me as the artist. You will receive a guide on how to properly credit me, on your email. Please follow it.

Print the artwork as a poster, mug, etc., as long as it is for your personal use only and you are not profiting from it.

Take credit for the artwork, claim it as yours or remove my signature.

Make changes to the artwork by yourself or use it for purposes that weren't discussed beforehand. This includes tracing, copying, heavily referencing, etc.

Make profit or promote yourself using the commissioned artwork without a Commercial License.

Payment method: Paypal or Stripe invoice. The currency is USD.

I request full payment before I start working on your order.

I will need your email to send the invoice.

Payment must be sent within 48 hours after being solicited, otherwise the order may be canceled or moved to the last place on my to-do-list queue.

If you'd like to donate or tip me for doing a good job, you can do it through my ko-fi.

Refund is only available for payments made through Stripe.

You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.

You can request a 50% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.

You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.

I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.

Delivery time may range from 3 days to 2 months. It really depends on how many commissions I accepted in the month and how detailed they are.

Once I get the payment, I will send a WIP for approval as soon as I can.

Sometimes I end up creating more than one pose/composition and you'll need to pick one of them.

You cannot keep the rejected poses/compositions to yourself as I may use them in other projects.

Please check each WIP/update carefully and let me know what needs to be changed. I won't be able to redraw anything after starting the coloring process (unless I've made some mistake, of course).

The commissioned artwork will be sent to your email or delivered via a download link once completed.

The waiting time is around 1-2 months. It may be shorter or longer than that depending on my health and how fast I complete the current to-do-list.

I need the commission form to add you on the Waitlist or not.

You don't have to pay anything to be on the Waitlist.

You can give up your order or ask to be removed from the Waitlist anytime. No problem.

Please don't ghost me when I DM you telling it's your turn. If you don't want to commission me anymore or can't do that at the moment, you can cancel the order or get back to me another time. It's fine!
